Cobham, Darnley Mausoleum
The weather early was good but couldn't get out until late morning, by which time the cloud sheet had moved in. Did see one very brief glimpse of the sun.
January 10th Just seen that this was post 666 since I started. Slightly prophetic due to all the occult goings on around the mausoleum prior to its restoration by the National Trust.

Darnley Mausoleum
The light on Tuesday night did not look as promising as it did on Monday, with a bank of clouds low on the horizon.
So rather setting out to photograph the sunset I took a trip to Cobham first then on to do the walk to the Darnley Mausoleum, and get the setting sun sticking the building. It is about a mile walk in, and as I had not visited at that time of day, I had no idea how the light was going to hit the building.
When I arrived I reckoned I was about 20 min late as the lower part of the building was in a shadow cast by the trees.
Anyway I still got a couple of nice images.
