Driving Home from Christmas

So Waze said we had a 3 hour drive as we left. 5 and a half hours later we arrived. 

Day at the V&A

 Had a wonderful day wandering around the V&A before the theatre later.

Wet morning sunny afternoon.

 The title pretty well sums up the day. 

Travelling Day

 Came back from North Wales yesterday.  Very wet and misty until Shrewsbury, and the roads were very busy.  

Summer rain

 Well I guess the garden needed it.

Stormy day

 After the driest April on record almost. May will possibly the wettest. 

Traveling Home

 The drive was wet in places so the chance to stop and take pictures was limited.

Rain

 Did some shots last night of the river then some more after the rain of last night.

Rainy Day

First day of rain after weeks of sun. Garden needs the water.

February Catch Up

Well the rest of the month did not go well!

Quick flight from Chicago to Scotland. Then a series of hospital visits , punctuated by rain and storms.

Swimming and Walking

Weather was very wet in the morning, but swimming in an outdoor pool is wet anyway so rain was adding nothing extra. Later the sun came out and a walk was in order.

Rain, Rain, Rain!

It seems to be have been rainy forever. Each day is wet and we seem to have weather warning, after weather warning.
The statistics say it's the wettest January since records began.

Raindrops on paintwork

The rain started today.

It was almost the first wet day since late August here in Kent today. The water drops on the bonnet of a car caught my eye as I was on my way out.
