In my mind Olafur Eliasson with The Weather Project or Doris Saucedo with Shibboleth had the best installations in the turbine hall.

Empty Lot at The Tate Modern
I had an afternoon up in London last week. After lunch at Borough Market I had a wander along the embankment and dropped into the Tate Modern to see the latest installation in the Turbine Hall.
It was interesting and gave some nice images but it was by far from the best work that has been in the Turbine Hall.
In my mind Olafur Eliasson with The Weather Project or Doris Saucedo with Shibboleth had the best installations in the turbine hall.

London
Day off today and with the first bit of good weather in days I was off up to London with my camera.
A long meandering walk across london was on my mind, with lunch at Borough Market, coffee later and a snack in the evening. What could be better.
The weather stayed sunny and I ended up shooting about 10Gb of images.
These are the last I shot but the first I am posting. The low sun was lighting up the skateboard park on the south bank and that mixed with some HDR processing gave some great images.

Royal Festival Hall
I had a trip up to London today to buy myself some new walking boots. I also did some photography and over the next few days I will post some images.
First is an evening shot of the Royal Festival Hall and the London Eye, I was attracted by the yellow stairs on the South Bank complex. With a bit of post processing with Photomatix, I produced an image I was happy with.
