Shipley Hills road

I had always thought that I new all the roads locally, but tonight I travelled down a road that I had not been down as far as I recall. 

Promenade

The light was wonderful on the Prom yesterday, and the swans were in.

Get it while you can

We had a trip to Ikea tonight. Reindeer balls and shopping!

On the way out we saw an offer that should have everyone rushing to buy before it is finished!!

Relaxed Sunday

Not much on this Sunday except a trip up to Greenwich and then a run out into the country to do some blackberrying.

Sunset

There was a wonderful sunset this evening.

Thames

Again with only a little time I had another trip down to the riverside.

Apples

We have had a good crop of apples of the tree in our garden this year. These images were made on the same old table top I used a few weeks ago.

Friday

Had a late shift today, and had a short trip into town earlier. Went down by the river. All these were shot on my iphone. The camera is very good, but when the next version of the OS comes out next week I am expecting some further improvements.

Farnham

A bit of a personal post today as we delivered Daughter to her university at Farnham.

The student accommodation is in purpose built hall that are designed in an Arts and Crafts style.

Evening Light

After a busy day I had some time to do a run out and try and find some nice evening light. The light was good although not spectacular. 

Home Again

The trip away was great fun although I did less photography than I hoped. 


Anyway back to Kent and today I had a bit of time to go out and take some pictures. I revisited the old fish ponds that I visit regularly. The season is a bit 'slow' for images The spring growth has long gone. There is no summer colour, and the colours of autumn are still some time away. 


What did show well was the reflections in the ponds and some leaves.
