The Hardy Ash

 The Ash tree known as the Harley Ash in Old St Pancras church has come down in the recent winds.

Winter Solstice

 its the winter solstice today and the weather is dismal. unlike yesterday when I got out and raked all the leaves of my lawn.

Snow on the hill

 Snow and cold up on the hill today.

Snow at Night

 After the frost came the snow. Late oin the afternoon it slowly started to fall and by 9PM 4" had fallen. A late night walk was magical.  The camera was pushed to the  limit as the light level;ls were so low. 

Some shots just lit by the glow you get when the landscape turns white.
